The main tasks of our department revolve around three areas: accounting of Polish and German companies, HR and personnel matters. In the Finance department, we verify all invoices and monitor payments and settlements for employees. We also manage the cash flow and investments of the company.
Every day I manage a team of three – coordinate activities in the field of finance, accounting and human resources. At Sollers, I like the transparent approach to the employee and the fact that the company is still extremely dynamic and rapidly developing, also on foreign markets.
As a Junior Finance Manager, I am responsible for financial settlements, accounting, document management and settlements for business trips. What I like mostly at my work are: individual approach to the employee, a sense of belonging to the team and challenging requirements.
