On January the 13th we held a presentation in cooperation with Dr. Jan Jürjens at the University of Koblenz-Landau as part of the lecture “Web Engineering” on the topic of “Web Application Architecture with the example of RIFE (Responsive Integrable Front-End“.

On January 19th Sollers Consulting will offer a presentation about “Scrum” within the lecture “Software Engineering” at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Interested students are anticipated to join the presentation in the lecture hall of the university.

Office & Travel Management

In the Office Department, our main priority is to ensure the proper functioning of our offices and organizational support of the corporate events. We are responsible for the procurement process and logistics of business trips of our employees. We actively support integration activities carried out within the company.

I like it when there is a lot going on at work. The monotony takes away from me all the joy from the given tasks. At Sollers, fortunately there is no time for it! The company is growing rapidly, projects change, and new challenges arise. That is why I feel content here. Although the company is large, the atmosphere here is very distinct from the corporate. I have learnt a lot of independence here and how to effectively manage my time and tasks. Since there are more than 200 people working with us, every day I learn cooperation with people with extremely diverse personalities.

A dream job for me is one where I have an opportunity to face a variety of challenges. I hate boredom while performing daily duties. Working in Office Administration at Sollers requires resourcefulness, an ability to react to unforeseen situations, as well as an effective cooperation and communication. I want to continually improve these qualities. In addition, the international work environment lets me to use the acquired language skills – in addition to the ongoing office administration, I also belong to the German Team dealing with the organization of our office in Cologne and creation of the Sollers brand on the German market.
