In the Office Department, our main priority is to ensure the proper functioning of our offices and organizational support of the corporate events. We are responsible for the procurement process and logistics of business trips of our employees. We actively support integration activities carried out within the company.
I like it when there is a lot going on at work. The monotony takes away from me all the joy from the given tasks. At Sollers, fortunately there is no time for it! The company is growing rapidly, projects change, and new challenges arise. That is why I feel content here. Although the company is large, the atmosphere here is very distinct from the corporate. I have learnt a lot of independence here and how to effectively manage my time and tasks. A dream job for me is one where I have an opportunity to face a variety of challenges. I hate boredom while performing daily duties. Working in Office Administration at Sollers requires resourcefulness, an ability to react to unforeseen situations, as well as an effective cooperation and communication. I want to continually improve these qualities.
