Our department is responsible for recruitment of the Sollers team. It is up to us to maintain contact with the applicant at every stage of the process: from invitation to the interview until the offer is created. We actively build the Sollers Consulting brand as a reliable employer, while meeting with candidates at job fairs or during meetings at universities. Care for new employees and supporting them in their introduction to the team, as well as supporting them in the development of their professional competences is also our responsibility. We make sure that our people form a good team – we support the organization – integration events of and all initiatives, through which we get to know additional talents of our employees.
At Sollers Consulting I am responsible for reviewing and improving administrative processes and their adaptation to the needs of the organization. I define needs and implement tools to enhance the flow of information and management process in a dynamically growing company. In my work, I value the opportunity to develop in many areas and to verify my potential. In the Support Department, it is valuable to look at the potential of Sollers.
