The training path, which is common for all support teams, is based on MS Office courses (including Excel or PowerPoint) and soft-skills trainings like communication, conducting presentations and meetings, delegating tasks and teamwork. Taking into account the individual needs in relation to the specific tasks, every employee has his own budget for additional trainings of personal choice.
Additionally, we provide fully-reimbursed access to e-learning platforms: Lynda or Pluralsight, and company’s bookcase, where new items are added every time such a need is reported.
